GP (shop's share)
The shop deducts GP as a percentage of the "actual sale price". The rate is shown below and is locked for each item when you list it: if the shop changes its rate later, items already listed keep theirs. The consignor receives the remainder after GP. The shop charges no monthly consignment fee and no sign-up fee.
Sale price and minimum price
The consignor sets the sale price and the "lowest acceptable price". The shop may negotiate with in-store customers but will never sell below the consignor's minimum price. GP is calculated on the actual sale price.
Item approval
Every item must be inspected and approved by the shop before it is listed. The shop may reject an item or ask for changes to its details/price. To make changes after approval, contact the shop.
Condition and defects
The consignor must disclose size, condition and every defect accurately. If a customer returns an item because the information was inaccurate, the shop will cancel that sale and return the item to the consignor.
Payouts
A consignor's earnings count as "ready to pay" once the order is Delivered (in-store sales count immediately). The shop transfers to the registered PromptPay on the shop's payout cycle and records every transfer in the Seller Hub. Cancelled orders are not paid out.
Withdrawing items
The consignor may take back unsold items by notifying the shop in advance. Items with an order in progress cannot be withdrawn.
Transparency
Consignors can see every order for their items, the actual sale price, the GP deducted, the amount due and their transfer history at any time in the Seller Hub.
